Illinois Traffic Law has become more punitive in recent years, with harsher penalties for certain traffic offenses. If you have been arrested for driving while license suspended, or revoked, you should seek the advice of a an attorney. Some felony traffic offenses carry mandatory sentencing terms of 180 days.

Minor traffic violations should not be treated lightly either. Convictions for minor offenses can result in higher insurance premiums and possible driver's license actions by the Illinois Secretary of State.

If you have been cited for a traffic offense and need the assistance of an attorney, call Dan Hassinger, 217-212-2100.
